Hugh completed his undergraduate and M Arch degrees from University College Dublin, graduating in 2019 with a first-class honour and was awarded with the Thesis Portfolio of the Year award.

Before joining O’Donnell + Tuomey in 2019, he gained experience working with ODOS Architects in Dublin. During his Masters, he also contributed to the Irish Pavilion ‘Freemarket’ at the 2018 Venice Biennale.

Since joining O’Donnell + Tuomey, he has been working on the Grangegorman Academic Hub and Library building in Dublin.
