Cormac studied Architecture at Queen’s University Belfast where his thesis project was shortlisted for the RSUA Silver Medal Award. He completed his RIBA Part III at the University of Westminster.

Before joining O'Donnell + Tuomey, Cormac worked at Maccreanor Lavington Architects where he gained a wealth of experience in the residential sector. During this time he was involved in the development of numerous housing projects across London at a variety of scales.
