Construction has begun on Swords Civic & Cultural Centre as part of the rejuvenation of Swords historic centre. This new public building, commissioned by Fingal County Council, will house a county library, theatre, gallery, arts spaces, a maker space, and a café. The building is designed to enhance the civic presence of Swords Castle and its relationship with the town.
