Stephen holds a degree in both Architectural Technology and Architecture from TU Dublin.

Before joining O’Donnell + Tuomey in 2023, he gained strong technical and design experience working with Bucholz McEvoy Architects and Scott Tallon Walker Architects on large scale residential, civic and healthcare projects.

Since joining O’Donnell + Tuomey, he has been working on the Prow Residential Tower project as part of London's Olympicopolis Masterplan.
