Monika received her MA in Journalism and Social Communication from Jagiellonian University and established her career in Kraków working with Irish-Polish developers, NGOs, and in transmission technology. She joined O’Donnell + Tuomey in 2006 as Office Manager where she was responsible for financial and contractual management and crafted the presentation of many projects during that time.

Monika has played a crucial role in the evolution of the practice. She was responsible for setting up the Cork studio in 2008 and managed the practice's growing data, increasing its information capabilities. She completed a MSc Computer Science degree and returned to O’Donnell + Tuomey as Information Manager and Bid Coordinator. As an Associate she is currently managing practice bids and tender applications, coordinating proposed Design Teams, overseeing preparation of PQQs and competition entries, and assisting in the appointments stages.

Monika is responsible for the implementation and operation of information and project management systems within the practice. Having taken a course in Data Analytics she now works with the various CDE platforms and develops internal databases and information structures.
