Kylie Braithwaite

Architectural Technologist

Kylie started her architectural career in 2008 with InsideOut Architects, Northern Ireland, where she worked for two and a half years, and completed an HNC in Built Environment with IT, before going back to study Architectural Technology and Management at the University of Ulster. She graduated with a first-class honors in 2014 and began working at Hall McKnight Architects in Belfast immediately after. She moved to Dublin to work for O'Donnell + Tuomey in 2016.

Through university, additional training, and her career with Hall McKnight and O’Donnell + Tuomey, Kylie has had the opportunity to use BIM software in practice and complete BIM processes. She has completed a total of five BIM training courses and has been involved in several BIM schemes at BIM Level 1 and 2 including a social housing scheme in Derry, a large residential development in London, and Kings College London refurbishment and expansion as well as various completions. She currently works on the Grangegorman Academic Hub and Library building in Dublin, and the Sadler’s Wells dance theatre and studios in London.
