Joyce Chen

Joyce studied architecture at the Bartlett School of Architecture, UCL, and the Architectural Association in London, where she received academic scholarship.

Her experience mainly focuses on arts and cultural projects in the public sector. She has worked on the Jameel Arts Centre project in Dubai with Serie Architects. Most recently, she has worked at Stanton Williams Architects, on a project to transform the existing Smithfields markets for the new site of Museum of London, prior to rejoining O'Donnell + Tuomey in 2021. She is currently working on the V&A East Museum and Sadler’s Wells East in the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park in London.
