Current Vacancy: Project Architect (London)

O’DONNELL + TUOMEY is seeking a talented, enthusiastic and experienced London-based PROJECT ARCHITECT to work on significant cultural projects under construction in London on an initial 9-month contract basis, with the potential to lead to a permanent position.

The Project Architect will liaise with client bodies and the design team, coordinate and review contractor information, manage discharge of planning conditions, attend site visits and mock up reviews. We would welcome applicants who can demonstrate site experience and review of contractor information.

The Project Architect’s role involves client liaison, and closely coordinating the design throughout the construction process.

Candidates should be highly motivated with excellent communication, numeration and organisational skills; good spoken and written English is essential. Candidates must be ARB registered with a minimum of 3 years’ experience post-Part 3.

Knowledge and experience in Revit and BIM coordination would be an advantage.

A remote working environment will be facilitated during the current pandemic. Interviews will be carried out via Zoom.
