Current Vacancy: Part 1 Architectural Assistant (Dublin)

O’DONNELL + TUOMEY is seeking a talented, enthusiastic and diligent PART 1 ARCHITECTURAL ASSISTANT to work on design competitions and significant educational projects in our Dublin-based studio for a 12 month contract (year out position).

We are committed to the craft and culture of architecture. We work cooperatively and creatively in a shared open plan studio, providing space for drawing, model-making, teamwork and discussion of architecture.

Working as part of our studio team, the Architectural Assistant will assist with the development of architectural detail design solutions, providing support through modelmaking and in the preparation of presentation & technical drawings.

The Architectural Assistant should present exceptional presentation and model-making skills, evidence of which should be supplied within the application. 

Knowledge/experience of 3D modelling (Revit) and rendering skills would be advantageous. Knowledge/experience of Adobe Creative Suite would be beneficial. Candidates should be highly motivated with excellent communication, numeration and organisational skills; good spoken and written English is essential.
